Do not submit patient information, prescriptions, scans, photographs, or case files through this website. Authorized case intake must use the secure customer portal.

General inquiry information may be used to respond to the request, communicate about VLAB24 services, maintain business records, and protect legal and operational interests.
Retention
General inquiries are retained for 12 months unless an active customer relationship, contract, dispute, or other legitimate business record requires longer retention.
